Bryan McCoy Bryan McCoy co-founded SDC in 2008 after working with TechnoServe in Swaziland and Tanzania. Bryan began his investment career at H.I.G. Capital where he was active in both the execution of new investments and the support of portfolio companies across various industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., Bryan worked at Bain & Company in Boston. Bryan is a graduate of Williams College and earned his M.B.A. at The Wharton School of Business. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Yalelo Ltd., a commercial-scale Zambian aquaculture firm and portfolio company of Liongate Venture Partners.
Christopher Ryan Christopher Ryan co-founded Sustainable Development Capital in 2008. Prior to launching SDC, Chris worked as an Associate at Advent International, where he focused on transactions across the industrial sector, including deals in distribution, industrial technology, mining and chemicals. Prior to Advent, Chris was a management consultant with The Parthenon Group and worked for TechnoServe in Swaziland and Tanzania. Chris is a graduate of Williams College and earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business. He is currently a Vice President at Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.

Joe Andrasko Joe Andrasko joined the SDC team in 2008 and spent much of the year in Swaziland facilitating SDC's initial investments in Sdemane Farming and KFPF. Joe previously worked as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting where focused on corporate strategy and M&A advisory. He is also Founder and Chairman of Sankaty Education, an educational services firm that operates seasonal learning programs in New England. Joe is a graduate of Bowdoin College and earned an M.B.A from The University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Joe is currently Director of Alternative Assets at a family office in Charlottesville, VA.

Dominique Baillet Dominique Baillet joined SDC in 2009 and spent several months in Swaziland overseeing early-stage operations and business development efforts for Sdemane Farming and KFPF. Dominique previously worked as the Chief of Staff for Teach For America and as a management consultant at Bain & Co. Dominique is a graduate of Brown University and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Dominique is currently a Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco.
